Well I have an awesome recipe to share but unfortunately photographing it hasn’t happened yet so enter random Thursday musings. Here’s a sneak peak though, it’s a Thai stir fry. And it’s delicious!!

December is just getting back into it and reworking some muscle groups that haven’t been used regularly since maybe September…this is a base phase and January will be adding in longer runs (hopefully doing a half marathon this spring) and more swim/spin (planning on my first Half Ironman this summer).
