Hello everyone and welcome!! Here you will be able to find up to date nutrition information, healthy eating ideas and recipes, workouts and fitness goals. As a Registered Dietitian I've studied nutrition in depth and I'm able to make educated recommendations for individuals. I want to help share information and educate others through evidence based practice. I'm not someone who is googling diet trends and using them, I'm a licensed professional and a member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. I love trying new recipes and products, as well as experimenting with different cuisines and visiting unique restaurants. I'm a self proclaimed "foodie". My passion for overall health has also created a huge commitment to fitness. I enjoy running, lifting, biking, swimming, spinning, planking, HIIT, various fitness classes, and creating workouts. I'm a member of the dietetic practice group Sports, Cardiovascular, and Wellness Nutrition which is focused on sports nutrition, cardiovascular health, wellness/weight management, and prevention of disordered eating. My goal is to inspire everyone to have a happy healthy body and I believe these components play a large part. It's also important to remember to have fun, enjoy life, and indulge at times!
