My fitness and physical health goals have not really changed with the new year. I would like to continue focusing on weight training and eating healthy, but not overdoing it in either category. I would like to do another sprint tri and perhaps an Olympic one in the following year. I believe I will get back into serious running once it gets warmer and will inevitably want to do another half, possibly a full marathon! We shall see... so much to do and so little time!! My biggest focus/excitement of the year is getting married in April and then honeymooning to Greece in June! I want to focus on my marriage and new wonderful husband in the coming year :)
