20 dates, pitted
2 cups oats
1 TBSP cinnamon
½ cup raisins
1 cup pecans
Directions:
1. Soak the dates for an hour if possible to make them more pliable
2. Combine all ingredients in food processor and blend
3. Spread in 8x8 pan/Pyrex and freeze for 15 minutes
4. Take out pan/Pyrex and cut into bars- store in fridge or freezer
