HIIT workout-
50 seconds of each exercise, then 10 seconds rest
40 seconds of each exercise, then 10 seconds rest
30 seconds of each exercise, then 10 seconds rest
20 seconds of each exercise and then 10 seconds rest
Exercises:
Flutter kick squats
High knees
Burpees
Jumping jacks
This is similar to a tabata workout but a little longer, and more intense. Are you a HIIT fan or prefer running outside and other cardio?? I like a mix but HIIT is probably lower on my list, nothing can compete with a nice run outside but moderation is important! Happy Friday!
