We spent out first couple days in Athens doing the Acropolis and other historical monuments as well as exploring the city. The next five days we were in Santorini which had amazing views of the Caldera. We did an excursion to the volcano, enjoying the classic views, swam in hot springs, rented an ATV to explore the island, swam in ammoudi bay, rode a donkey, and did a several mile hike across the island which was hot and had some rugged terrain but the views were absolutely mind blowing. This is in addition to all the eating we have been doing so I'm finding a good balance if exercising and enjoying the local cuisine.
