TGIF!!!!! Leaving work early today to head to the Poconos with about 20 friends, pretty stoked to learn how to ski and have some fun! First a quick and full body HIIT workout and a well-balanced breakfast! You can repeat this workout 3-5 times depending on how much time you have… or how hard you want to work. Working out in the morning gives me so much more energy for my day… and getting in some intense movement when I know I’m going to be in the car for a couple of hours is a good idea too. Anyone have any fun weekend plans going on?? Any ski advice for a first timer?? (can you tell I’m nervous!?)

very useful, expecially in holiday or travel to another place no equipment :)
