The first number is identify how many sets to do and the second represents the reps. Use a weight you are comfortable with, and if you’re a beginner it’s okay to use no weight at all for some of these exercises. Complete at least 5 minutes of a cardio warm-up and stretching prior to lifting. If you want to keep your heart rate up in between exercise alternate jumping jacks, mountain climbers, and burpees in between sets.
4x15 smith machine squats
4x10 walking lunges with weights
4x15 lateral pull down
4x10 assisted pull up
4x20 front raises
4x20 lateral raises
4x15 bicep curls
4x15 hammer curls
4x15 overhead tricep extensions
4x15 tricep pull down with cable rope
