Back from the (mini) honeymoon and kicking it into high gear. We are taking our real honeymoon to Greece in June (the weather there isn’t super awesome in April) so we took a mini honeymoon to the Poconos for a few days post wedding. Today I am back at work and back into my routine. It was weird not cooking for so many consecutive days… and we have wedding meal leftovers and out to dinner leftovers so basically there are a couple more days to go without cooking (I HATE wasting food). I did a little exercise while I was away (and lots of dancing and walking in heels for the actual wedding which was a real workout-no lies)… but I’m pumped to go to my gym! Yay! Is it sad that I missed the gym? Cuz I did.
Today will be a 3 mile run, some legs + the ab workout below, and a 30 minute swim. That sounds like an awesome workout to me… a little more than I usually do in one day but to be honest I did nothing physical yesterday. Plus I have a 10 miler in 2 weeks that I’ve barely trained for, time to kick it into high gear!!

Do each exercise for 20 seconds on, 10 seconds off, for at least 2 rounds up to as many as you want!
