Okay so end rant. This is a non-boring treadmill work out, designed for the runner that doesn’t like running outside in the winter, or for the treadmill runner who is looking to switch up his/her routine. Honestly, this is fun, and you’re switching positions so often it goes really fast. Just remember to be careful and go at a safe pace.
15 minute Treadmill workout
1 minute walk to warm up at incline 5
2 minute jog at slow pace at incline 3
1 minute jog at slow pace at incline 8
2 minutes r side skips incline 4 (start at slow pace, increase if able to safely)
2 minutes l side skips incline 4
1 minute backwards incline 6
2 minute medium pace jog at incline 3
1 minute sprint at incline 1
1 minute fast walk at incline 8
2 minute walk to cool down at incline 3
Feel free to double this if you want to do 30 minutes of cardio.... just be careful with speed!
