So sometimes when I read a really awesome article that I agree with I share it on Facebook or Twitter… and sometimes I just save the link in a document to go back and read it (this usually works better as social media changes daily and it’s hard to back and find what you once posted). I realized since the beginning of the year I’ve saved quite a few articles that really spoke to me on medical/health/nutrition level. Since there were so many good articles I figured I’d share them with my (hopefully likeminded) readers.
