¼ cup Mighty Nut Powdered Peanut Butter- Flax & Chia
¼ cup coconut milk
2 tsp lime juice
1 TBSP ginger
2 TBSP rice vinegar
2 TBSP tamari/soy sauce
1 TBSP agave
1 TBSP sesame oil
- Measure and whisk together all ingredients
- Serve over top Asian stir fry veggies and whole grain such as rice or barley
