12 Days of Fit-Mas Challenge

I wanted to create some sort of Christmas countdown challenge and this is what I came up with!  This is just something small to add to the end of your work for each day, and if it’s a rest day it shouldn't be too hard to hammer one of these exercises out! Are you doing any holiday time challenges? Exercise or food related?? This challenge starts this Saturday (tomorrow) the 14th so join in on the fun! Happy Holidays!!

*12 days of Fit-Mas Challenge! *

December 14th * 12 sets of 10 jumping jacks

December 15th* 11 sets of 5 plie squats

December 16th* 10 sets of 6 reverse lunges

December 17th* 9 sets of 8 V-ups

December 18th* 8 sets of 4 burpees

December 19th*7 sets of 5 push ups

December 20th*6 sets of 10 plank jacks

December 21st*5 sets of 20 mountain climbers

December 22nd*4 sets of 10 reverse crunches

December 23rd*3 sets of 30 high knees

December 24th*2 sets of 60 second wall sits

December 25th*1 2:00 minute plank     ****MERRY CHRISTMAS****
